Pay an invoice
Customers can pay securely online by bank transfer (ACH) or by credit or debit card using the payment link on the invoice we send. Payments are processed by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

Billing, refunds and privacy
Payment terms
Payment is due according to the terms stated on each invoice. We accept ACH bank transfer, credit and debit card, and check.
Billing questions, corrections and refunds
If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us at billing@freedomfire801.com as soon as possible and we will review it and correct any error. Overpayments and billing errors are refunded to the original payment method. Because our work is performed on site for each customer, completed services are billed as quoted and are not otherwise refundable.
Privacy
We collect only the contact, property and billing information needed to quote, perform and invoice our work. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe; we do not store card or bank account numbers. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as needed to provide our services, process payments, or comply with the law.
